New season—new closures!

HERE we go again, the start of a new season and the closures have started already!

It's the poor Oxford that fails just in time for Easter at Broadmoor Lock (24) near Cropredy, Keith Gudgin tells us.  No definite reason reason given by Canal & River Trust, just that it is 'maintenance'. Update: Re-openes this afternoon, Thursday.
