Water-points failing

JUST a few weeks after the failure of the two water-points at Haywood Junction comes news of another failing.

Boater Alan Gibson attempted to get water from the services at the top of Glascote Locks on the Coventry Canal but was unable to do so.

Water all over the place

He tells 'there was water all over the place, but not coming through the tap', so he had to carry on up the canal with the hope of finding a tap working.

A notice from Canal & River Trust reported by Keith, states water is not available owing to 'bad leak' but it is not able to isolate, so take care.
