No customer service facility at Fradley

THE customer service facility is currently out of action at Fradley on the Trent & Mersey Canal.

The cesspit was about to overflow so both the toilets and Elson facilities had to be closed, Keith Gudgin reports.

Near to overflowing

It was discovered that the cesspit into which waste is drained was near to overflowing, so the facility had to be closed.

It is expected a tanker will clear the cess pit today and the facility will again be available.
