Be Water Aware this month

THE Be Water Aware campaign is in operation this month.

The aim of the campaign, that will run from Monday 24th to Sunday 30th April, is to encourage people to take care around water.

Around water safely

To encourage people to spend time in and around water safely. The campaign week runs in April but messaging can be used throughout the year.

It has been brought about by the number of its stated fatalities by inland water reaching 254, that it aims to reduce, with the help of education.
