Mystery man drowned in the Grand Union Canal

POLICE are attempting to identify a 'mystery' man whose body was discovered in the Grand Union.

A body of an Asian man was dragged from the canal at Greenford near Ealing in the capital over the weekend, Roger Fox reports.

Three scars

The man is stated to be between 50 and 60 and has three scars on his body, though these are not connected with his death, it being drowning.

Though extensive enquiries have been made in an attempt to trace the man's identity, nothing has been discovered with the death being treated as unexplained.
