You CAN do a SORN

MANY have taken against Martin Howes's Hardly CaRT's fault their quoting SORN.

Martin wrote 'we can't use the roads, but don't get offered a refund of car tax.' Upon which boaters quoted SORN—whereas a car can be taken off the road  and tax refunded.

Just the same

To this, Martin reminds boaters: If you can't use your boat, take it off CaRT waters and they will refund the balance of your licence. Just like SORN.
