Hardly CaRT's fault

READING the posts from John Coxon and T. Lang, whilst it is frustrating to have restrictions, it's hardly CaRT's fault, writes Martin Howes.

We can't use the roads, but don't get offered a refund of car tax.  Continuous cruisers, who use the system as much in the winter as in the summer (or should that be as little in the summer as they do in the winter?), still use the waterways and the associated facilities.

Make the best of a bad job

It's about time we all accepted that there is little anyone can do to rectify the situation until a vaccine is found, so let's stop carping on and whinging and make the best of a bad job.
