Buckby Cans stolen

A NUMBER of undecorated Buckby Cans and other items have been stolen from a boat at Braunston.

Mick Fitzgibbons tells us that these  are one, two and three gallon water cans, as pictured, with about 30 of the one gallon and 10 each of the two and three gallon cans.

Numerous other things

The thieves took 20 hand bowls, eight horse nose tins 40 small jugs, 40 tall jugs and a number of small and large milk cans, together with a masthead lamps plus numerous other things.

These were stolen from Terence Edgar—the renowned canalware painter. Mick tells boaters to keep their eyes open and if you have any information the incident number is 289 (15-05-14) contact Northamptonshire Police on 03000 111 222. Let's find the scum that stole these please.
