Why concentrate on the trivial?

IF YOU read the full report [South East moorings] published last week, Jeff Whyatt, carefully I thought, said he had received many verbal and written comments about moorings, writes Jan Swatridge.

Why do some concentrate on the trivial issue of comment/complaint and not the substance of the argument?

Time better spent

Are we saying that CaRT should only act when it has received a certain number of complaints, a formal and time consuming process that can only eat up time better spent, or do we want them to pay attention to information gained through a more informal process?

We all know there is a problem, worse in some areas than others. I know where my vote goes.
