Vandalism still the preferred excuse!

THE Lee Navigation is closed at  Rammey Marsh Lock (12) which is out of action and the navigation closed.

Canal & River Trust state this is due to vandalism to the electrical system, Keith Gudgin reports.

No actual details are given as to the failure or how vandals were able to access the electrical system.

So as this reason/excuse now comes very often, it could well be the case.
