A WINDING hole is to be constructed on the Dudley No 2 Canal.

This will enable boats to turn where No 2 joins the Worcester & Birmingham with an agreement reached between M & G Real Estate, Sainsbury’s, the Canal & River Trust and the Lapal Canal Trust, Keith Gudgin reports.
