At it again

THE powers that be must do something about Canal & River Trust's bizarre stoppage notices.

Its latest effort must really confuse boaters, with its heading stating that Tame Valley Canal is 'Navigation: Open' then that reads due to the works currently being undertaken the navigation will remain closed until Friday 17th December.

So is it open or is it closed?

Should have been completed in October

These are the repair works that have been going on since the end of August that had to be delayed as 'no staff available' with the navigation open/closed or whatever since the end of August and were then scheduled to be completed by the 30th October.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are informed.
