Complete lack of a priority on the waterways

THERE is a complete lack of a priority on the waterways today.

This is clearly shown by our contributor Brian D Jarrett's following photographs of the waterways.

Blue signs and flower boxes

He stating there is blue signage going up on every vertical surface.  New pretty pretty flower boxes requiring continual maintenance.  Whilst current infrastructure being ignored!. What can one say or do as promoted to their point of incompetence.

Brian is indeed correct as we are receiving many such photographs of both blue signs and flower boxes.  The blue doing little more than littering the countryside and the flowers to be eventually taken as they were when they were tried by British Waterways on the Birmingham & Fazeley Canal.
