Gold Licence holders cruise free on Middle Level

GOOD news for Canal & River Trust Gold Licence holders.

He has just been told by email from Kev Russell, Navigation Officer, Middle Level Commissioners, that both these licences allow free passage, and so agree with his remark that this is very good news!
