No pump-outs for continuous cruisers

WITH its shops now closed continuous cruisers are left without the ability for pump-outs.

The only way they can get the required card to operate the pump-outs is by post, but such boaters don't have a postal address, relying on collecting their mail from post offices—that are of course mostly closed under the lockdown regulations.

Closed for foreseeable future

Yet CaRT tell that such as Fradley is now closed for the foreseeable future both pump-out cards and facilities keys can only be obtained by the on-line shop.

But telling continuous cruisers to stay-put and suggesting away from public places, how does it think such boaters can get pump-out cards if they have no means of getting a postal service?

Obviously not too concerned.
