Should re-employ skilled workers

About time for CaRT to get rid of some of the managers that have little or no knowledge of the canal system and use their salaries to re-employ some of the skilled workers they got rid of.

Do jobs properly

Use to train workers how to do jobs properly, to replace the contractors they are using now who seem to not have a clue.

They must start inspecting better, and then doing proper maintenance work. Ie: if one paddle fails it must be replaced straight away instead of waiting for the other opposite to fail thus closing the canal.
