People blasted for having barbecue by canal

AN ANNOYED woman told off people having a barbecue by the side of the Forth & Clyde Canal in Glasgow over the week-end.

The woman yelled at them that they were 'selfish idiots' for having the barbecue in public during the coronavirus lockdown in the city, Alan Tilbury reports.

Yelling at them that “People’s families are dying every day and you’re having a party—what makes you so special that you can party but the rest of us are stuck inside." The Sun reported.

As the country now enters its fourth week of lockdown, people should still only be going outside for essential work, daily exercise, food and medicine, not cooking food by the waterways.
