Is CaRT operating lawfully?

THERE have been many comments about lack of maintenance, and about CART spending money on irrelevant things, writes Paul Robinson.

CaRT, as a charity can only do what it is established to do and should not do anything outside of that. Its objectives should have been set down , when it was set up.

Investigate

I am not in a position to look into this matter, (and I live in France) but think it would be a good idea for someone with a logical mind to investigate and see if CART is operating lawfully.

PS. We still miss living and travelling on the canals in England, but what I read makes me think we moved at the right time.
