I was absolutely gob smacked to read just how much of 'our' money CART is throwing away chasing ridiculous legal actions obviously simply because it cannot bear to be seen to lose, but it is losing, and a great deal of money.
We are the enemy
I get the impression as I am sure others must do too, that we boaters are the enemy, because should anyone dare to stand up against them they will throw all they can at the boater to make themselves look in the right, though luckily the courts disagree. But to throw away £38,000 on one case and £16,500 on another just to try to make itself look right is insane, and it looks as though another loss is in the pipeline.
Then it has the sheer cheek to re-name its nasty Enforcement Team to 'Boat Licence Customer Support Team! There is no support there—they'll get you if they can, at whatever cost.
