PLANNING permission for houses to replace the Bridge at Napton has been refused, Martin Cox writes.
The decision notice is not yet posted on the council web site but the Parish Council did an excellent job of listing its objections.
Speculation
There has been some speculation that Warwickshire CC as the highway authority would object. That did happen but they indicated that their objections would be met if the pavement from the village was extended and a central dust cart collection point was provided. It will be interesting to see the actual grounds for refusal.
