AS PART of its cost cutting, Canal & River Trust has announced that the Gloucester waterways office will be closed to visitors.

From Monday 4th March, boaters wanting its former services will have to visit the Gloucester Waterways Museum, that is open from 11am to 3pm on weekdays only.

Services

Services include boat licences, sanitary keys, electric cards, etc. Overnight moorings can be arranged with the lock keeper at Gloucester Lock.

The costs of the electric pump-out keys have risen to £6.35 for a 10 unit card and £14.75 for a 25 unit card.
