Body found in canal

THE body of one of the men who we reported went missing in Manchester on New Year's Eve has been found in the Bridgewater Canal.

Confirmed
A body was seen in the Bridgewater Canal near the Manchester United football ground, and has now been confirmed as that of the 19 years old student.
He was an international student at Manchester Metropolitan University, with his father, Santanu Pal, travelling from his home in Bangalore to help search for his son.
There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death.
