Unable to return

Unless we have a really wet April and May (which would be pretty unusual), I'm confident that there will be summer closures on these flights. This is a matter of huge regret for those of us moored locally who may venture out and be unable to return to our home marinas, as a result.

The only thing that may save us is the government appointing a Minister For Rain. It worked with Denis Howell years ago!
