I think the figures in this article [reservoirs and lock fulls] are way out.

One lock full is indeed about 3000 cubic feet, but this is about 85 cubic metres.

So if both reservoirs were to be fully emptied (not that they would be), it would be about 164 x 1000 cubic metres/85 = 1930 lock fulls.

It's still not much, and certainly not 60 lock fulls.
