How many will pack it in?

HERE'S  a question for Canal & River Trust, Trevor Platts asks:

How many boaters will pack it in in response to your boat licence increases every year for five years as well as the other extras you are piling on?  I won't be able to afford any more that's for sure as I am struggling now.

Not only price increases

It is not only the price increases either but it's the never ending stoppages, so bad you have to think twice, and think again before you dare to venture out, you writing that there were 11 stoppages this week up to today, Thursday, and the week not over.

So the next time I get a licence bill that will be it.  Enough is enough as they say.
