JUST writing to say I think congratulations are misplaced (Exposing the evasion of lock gate replacement), remarks Allan Richards.
Surely, the person that should be congratulated is the CaRT staff member who brought this matter to my attention.
Will be sacked for speaking out
CaRT has a whistle blowing policy but it would appear that this person does not trust it, believing that they will be sacked for speaking out. I take this claim seriously as it is not the first time that it has been made.
Having responded to my request and provided the information CaRT are now trying to close the stable door after the horse has bolted. They are now threatening to treat any further [Freedom of Information] requests as vexatious...
