I SPOTTED the transit mini bus in all the Corporate livery, writes Brian D Jarrett.
Two operatives in blue putting up this sign on the Staffs & Worcester but nothing to do with canals.
The full cost?
It makes you wonder, if we were told the truth under freedom of information, what the full cost of blue signage has been over the tenure-ship of CaRT including labour costs!
