Electric vehicle chargers for Mercia

WITH the trend towards a greener environment, electric cars are fast becoming the the inevitable means of transport.

So leading the way comes Mercia Marina on the Trent & Mersey Canal installing numerous charging points around its property including a special parking bay for the chargers to be used in addition to others about the marina.

Six hook-ups

Altogether it has installed six EV hook-up points for boaters and lodge owners/guests. Installed directly in front of the wildflower meadows, creating a 'green' advert to car owners looking towards the future.

The 13 luxury holiday homes reserved as part of the staycation boom will have their own EV sockets.
