Over exited fans leap into canal

THE win over Denmark had football fans somewhat over exited in Birmingham.

The fans pouring out of the pubs around Brindley Place just could not contain themselves and leaped into the canal in the dark, obviously needing to cool down.

Splashing about

Encouraged by fellow fans they stayed there splashing about to the delight of more sober onlookers.

Others took a more cautious way of cooling down by taking to the fountains in the city.
