Anyone any ideas?

BILL Ridgeway repeats the question he asked (20/11/2019) and asks if anyone has any ideas.

His question was—this latest revelation together with previous mad-cap money spending and failure to maintain the track does beg the question should CaRT be investigated and/or replaced by a body staffed by competent people?  The next big question is how may this be done?

Heard nothing

Any ideas?  And this is not the only time I have asked a similar question.  Unfortunately, I have heard nothing.

In the mean time CaRT continues on its merry way and this will continue unless and until some positive action is taken. I would very much like to hear answers to my question.  Any ideas?
