Coxhead's again

I HOPE you do not mind me writing again so soon about Coxhead's Swing Bridge, writes Helen Cripps.

But I have just read Keith's report about the bridge not being damaged by vandals after all but by a vehicle, that adds another 'Cartism' to the matter, with one already stating it is non-operable yet assists single handers through!

Hasn't a clue

Yet I notice that silly Cart in its stoppage notice still goes on to say that it is 'removing the mechanism uncovered by the vehicle impact to reduce the risk of further vandalism'. I get the impression it hasn't a clue!
