I have argued that for the duration of my licence I have either had a winter mooring, been mooring sitting on other people's permanent moorings or recovering from a broken ankle—suffered on CaRT's property for all but three separate two week periods but all to no avail.
Perhaps I have just been unlucky enough to be near Weedon on the GUC.
