Email: Keep moving

In response to Rob Dennis' question to 'What will they do?' I suggest that if they do '...remove their boat number, remove or mask the name...' they will not just carry on as he says.

Just carrying on implies that they will not change their behaviour which means that CaRT will still be able to find them (as they are not moving) and then remove them from the water.

If they want to keep the boat on the water they will have to keep moving it, which seems to be the whole object of this exercise which is to get boats to move.
