Totally the wrong way round

WOULDN'T it make more sense to employ lengthsmen/lock keepers/engineering staff on a full time basis and outsource or use volunteers for the heritage/wildlife/environmental/PR/office jobs? Asks Ralph Freeman.

As it is, CaRT is just copying the daft things the engineering industry did 20 years ago and we all know what happened to that!

Lasting the decade?

I can't see CaRT lasting the decade out. It will expanded to silly heights but then imploded due to excessive expenditure and lack of income.
RP is not the man to get a grip it seems.... (sigh).
