Before everybody starts getting excited about this idea [trackers in boats], which I thought was initially a tongue in cheek comment, think on about the really big project awaiting universally fitted trackers.

Road pricing has been accepted as a desirable step by all political parties all that is needed is the technology (universally fitted vehicle trackers).

Just think of the possibilities for CaRT. Visit a honey pot site, that will be £££ thank you, cruise a popular canal, that will be £££ thank you, the possibilities for raising revenue are endless.

Once again be careful what you wish for.
