Email: Illegal trading

We moor at Victoria Pit on the Macclesfield Canal, opposite our mooring is a boat called The Tea Cosy who has set up as a café with chairs and tables, serving tea and cakes from their boat.

It is on the towpath and 100 yards from The Trading Post. The boat is on a CaRT mooring. The guy from the Trading Post has complained to CaRT for the last three years to get this lady removed but nothing has been done.

Is there anything else that can be done—surely it isn't allowed on towpaths from ordinary boat licenses?
