Discovery Day for Grantham Canal

THE Grantham Canal Society is holding a combined Discovery Day and Planning Meeting as a showcase to inform people of what the society is doing.

Held at the Carpenter’s Shop, behind the Rutland Arms/Dirty Duck on Thursday 26th June 2014 at 2.00 pm, various people will tell of the work undertaken in restoring the Grantham Canal, and hope to enrol newcomers of all ages, in its activities and efforts, and to inspire people to support the society physically or financially in whatever way they feel able.

Additional Volunteers

The society is looking for additional volunteers with a variety of skills and ideas to build on the successes of previous years.
