Email: doesn't freeze

Further to Ralph's comments about the water supply to the Staffs & Worcs, there is also a discharge on the Shroppie, adjacent to the water point at Autherley Junction.

 

Apart from the reliable water supply, there is an added bonus that in winter, at Wolverhampton Boat Club, we rarely get frozen in, and even when we do, the ice is very thin and goes in no time!

[Ralph Freeman mentioned the discharge as coming from the sewage works.]
