Another caught

ANOTHER boater has been caught by the Environmental Agency without a licence and taken to court, in addition to those already reported today.
This time it was on the Thames, with Gavin Harwood caught on his boat on the river without a valid licence. He has been fined £327 at Richmond Magistrates Court, and ordered to pay costs.
It was the lock keeper who spotted the boat, Quadrille Lady, at Teddington Lock, and so reported him. He appeared in court on Wednesday.
