Canal traders get organised

WITH many changes to the rules and regulations concerning trading on the waterways, traders have come together and launched their Roving Canal Trader website.

As the changes in rules and regulations affect their ability to trade on the waterways, the site has been launched  by a group of roving canal traders, with the aim of giving a voice to the small traders on the canals of the United Kingdom.

There are many traders on the canal selling a diverse range of product from Cheese, Jewellery, Fudge to Cratch Covers, Boat Names and Embroidery. The many trades afloat bring diversity and enhance the public's enjoyment of the waterways—and its aim is to promote and enhance the unique trading community.
