Unnecessary journeys

Having read of Victor's feelings for the two girls fined for breaching lockdown restrictions, I think that the other side of the story needs to be given as much publicity, writes Martin Howes.

Apparently they had travelled from another county at a time when unnecessary journeys are not allowed to visit a better place than was available near their homes.

Obsessed

The whole country seems obsessed, with the encouragement of the media, both national television and Social, in finding the absolute limits of what they can get away with.

We all know what should be done and many of us are doing it.  We can at least see the light at the end of the tunnel now, but we are still besieged by all and sundry with overenthusiastic reporting of any mishaps or failings.

Let's knuckle down

I'm sure a lot of things could have been done better, hindsight is always the best sight, but as the situation keeps changing so quickly and unpredictably, let's just knuckle down for the next few months and not totally negate the sacrifices we have already made.
