The biggest clanger

Seems to me that the biggest clanger the (un)Trust ever made was to get rid of 'Lengthmen', tells Arthur Morris!

Which is something that has been stated by no few over the past weeks since coronavirus hit.  The reason of course that with the lengthmen patrolling the waterways would come the policing.

Pesky boats

Others have suggested however that this is what Canal & River Trust rather like—in turning the waterways into its linear park without the pesky boats.
