River runs dry!

THERE is no navigation on the Stour—there is no water!
The river on the border between Essex and Suffolk has run dry, Alan Tilbury reports.
Environmental Agency blamed
The blame has been put on the Environment Agency that controls this river, it having had little maintenance with blockages and diverted flows draining the water, compounded by debris blocking the feed at Bures Mill stopping boats navigating downstream.
The Agency is hoping for rain!
