CaRT squanders £6 millions on a warehouse

THOUGHT I was imagining it when local paper reported CART have just spent £6 million on buying a warehouse on Andover industrial estate in Hampshire, writes Malcolm Howe.

For a second I dreamed they were planning to reopen the Andover-Redbridge Canal and finally complete the links to Basingstoke and K&A, but it seems it’s a money making venture with one occupant paying annual rent if £413,00 and with 15 year lease.

Wonder if the six 'mill' could have been put to the use for which CRT’s cash was designed?
