Where does the wildlife go?

I FIND it very strange that that no one seems to mention any of the wildlife or what happens to it when these so-called vandals strike and drain pounds, writes Robert Smith.

The vandals I come across have an attention span of seconds and would not walk more than a few yards.

Where do they go?

Where do all the fish, ducks and swans go I ask?

After having a family of swans I had watched and cared for grow from four fluffy balls on their mothers back to near adult size over half a year, they were butchered last December.

Are vandals really responsible for these occurrences?
