Email: A bit confusing

Published: Wednesday, 30 April 2014

In reply to John Howard's piece of the 14 days rule, which is applicable to 48 and 24 hour moorings as well.

The trouble with the level playing field is that as a continuous cruiser, you go from A to B to C and so on. Some moorings are 14 days some 48 hours and some are 24 hours. So if you don't overstay the maximum permitted time, no problems

This is what happens when you leave the so called boat park. You cruise to A then to B and then back to A this is when it gets a bit confusing because CaRT say you are breaching the terms of the licence. Because you have returned to previously moored spot. Or have I got it wrong?
