Email: Another fiasco?

I suppose that after the two occurrences on the Leeds & Liverpool, we are now likely to be assailed with another fiasco like the Staffs & Worcs bridge rails.

With regard to the bridge in Skipton, I would suggest that CaRT close it. When the local council object, then let them take it over.

As regards the pipe, surely this is the responsibility of the service for which it is used, but no doubt the ever deep pocket of licence fees will be plundered for this instead of much needed maintenance to the real waterways.
