It's the poor Oxford that fails just in time for Easter at Broadmoor Lock (24) near Cropredy, Keith Gudgin tells us.  No definite reason reason given by Canal & River Trust, just that it is 'maintenance'. Update: Re-openes this afternoon, Thursday.
