Waiting too long?

IT WOULD seem that Canal & River Trust is quite concerned about boaters having to wait too long at its stoppages.

There was a stoppage notice on the 8th of January extending the repair to Lock 14 on the Kennet & Avon Canal at Bradford on Avon that was extended until yesterday, Tuesday 13th.

Oh dear!

It tells that the navigation is now open after the additional work, and CaRT apologizes 'for any incontinence caused'.
