SINCE publishing the Evasive answers article this morning by Allan Richards, we have now included the two three year plans of Canal & River Trust.

We suggest that boaters amongst you take a look at the current three years plan of the Trust, as it much vaunted 'Openness and accountability' is much to its fore.
